Single-row NSK angular contact ball bearings can only withstand axial loads in one direction; when subjected to radial loads, they will generate additional axial forces. Furthermore, they can only restrict axial displacement of the shaft or housing in one direction. NSK angular contact ball bearings feature a contact angle of 40 degrees, enabling them to handle substantial axial loads. These bearings employ a non-separable design, with the shoulders on both sides of the inner and outer rings being of unequal height. To enhance load capacity, one shoulder is machined lower, allowing greater ball packing.

Paired Double-Row Ball Bearings

When installed in a paired double-row configuration, the outer rings of the pair face each other: wide faces to wide faces, narrow faces to narrow faces. This arrangement eliminates induced axial forces and confines axial displacement of the shaft or housing within the axial clearance range in both directions.

NSK angular contact ball bearings can simultaneously handle radial and axial loads—combined loads—because their inner and outer raceways permit relative displacement along the horizontal axis. Single-row NSK angular contact ball bearings can only bear axial loads in one direction, hence they are typically installed in pairs.

Cage materials include brass and synthetic resin, selected according to bearing type and operating conditions.

NSK angular contact ball bearings are predominantly manufactured by overseas bearing producers. Within China, they are frequently employed in imported equipment, such as the NSK angular contact ball bearing 3204RS, among others.

“Do you see over yonder, dear client, those tricky equipment bottlenecks, those wear-and-tear troubles that stall your production? I intend to arm your machines with genuine imported bearings—and stand by with technical support to slay every glitch that comes your way.”
