IKO Rod end joint bearings

IKO rod-end spherical plain bearings are compact yet capable of simultaneously withstanding substantial radial loads and bidirectional axial forces. These self-aligning spherical plain bearings are categorised by sliding type into embedded, die-cast, and oil-free variants.

The insert type features a bearing inner ring in contact with a special copper alloy bushing offering excellent running-in properties. The die-cast type employs a bearing inner ring in contact with a special die-cast zinc alloy. The oil-free type utilises a bearing inner ring in contact with a special self-lubricating PTFE lining. This configuration enables smooth rotational and tilting motion, delivering outstanding wear resistance and load-bearing capacity.

Rod ends feature either internal or external threaded connections for straightforward installation. They are employed in control mechanisms and linkage systems for machine tools, textile machinery, and packaging equipment. Particularly suited for oil-sensitive applications such as food processing machinery and locations where lubrication is impractical.

“Do you see over yonder, dear client, those tricky equipment bottlenecks, those wear-and-tear troubles that stall your production? I intend to arm your machines with genuine imported bearings—and stand by with technical support to slay every glitch that comes your way.”
