The Cool Type ball screw product series operates on the principle of circulating a forced-cooling liquid within the nut. This reduces heat generation and thermal expansion during high-speed operation, achieving both high speed and high precision.
The liquid circulates within the dedicated cooling chamber in the nut, exchanging heat with the cooling unit as shown in Figure 8.8. This model is highly suitable for applications in electric-driven injection molding machines, presses, and other power units where hydraulic systems can be replaced.
