Construction
The internal circulation ball screw consists of a screw shaft, nut, steel balls, and recirculation cover. The steel balls operate in a single-loop circulation system, with the recirculation cover bridging adjacent ball grooves. The balls change direction via the recirculation cover, forming a single enclosed recirculation path. Since the recirculation cover is assembled inside the nut, this configuration is termed an internal circulation ball screw.
