The RG series replaces steel balls with roller-type rolling elements, designed to achieve ultra-high rigidity and heavy-load capacity. Through the line contact between the rolling elements and the rail/slider, the rolling elements exhibit only minimal elastic deformation under high loads. Furthermore, the 45-degree contact angle design enables the entire linear guide to deliver uniform rigidity and load capacity in all four directions. This exceptional rigidity significantly enhances machining precision to meet high-accuracy requirements. The heavy-load capacity further extends the linear guide's service life.
