Execute design, manufacturing, and inspection in accordance with customer requirements. Ensure product protection, timely dispatch and delivery, and prompt commissioning and acceptance. Deliver products that are ‘on time and meet inspection standards’.
After-Sales Service:
Prompt resolution of customer service requests; provision of ongoing technical training and support; scheduled product maintenance visits; establishment of individual product records for each customer; annual customer satisfaction surveys; dissemination of new product information.
